5th Annual
Friends in Motion: Bowl-A-Thon!

Compete for prizes to raise the most money, and knock the most pins down in this challenging and fun bowling tournament, while supporting people with disabilities!

Register or join a team of up to five members. On the event day, we will pair your team with a Between Friends participant–your Champion Bowler for the evening. Teams are encouraged to dress in costume, come up with a unique team name, and of course raise funds for a great cause!

How To Get Involved

People of all ages and all abilities can participate in the Friends in Motion: Bowl-A-Thon. Here are some tips to get started:

Start a team
• Be the champion for your team
• Invite team members and encourage them to get others involved

Organize
• Create a team name
• Choose a costume theme that represents your team (optional)
• Complete your biography page and share it!

Talk about it
• Kick things off with a launch meeting or party
• Discuss your progress at a meet-up or use email & social media to keep in contact
• Send out email blasts
• Share your personal stories. Tell people why you’re involved.

Support your team
• Organize fundraising events like a bake sale, a bottle drive or a book sale
• Exchange fundraising ideas
• Keep motivated by sharing your goals

Celebrate
• Celebrate successful fundraising milestones
• Above all, have fun!
