DONOR GRANTS COORDINATOR (Full-Time Permanent)
MAIN OFFICE

The Donor Grants Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Fund Development and Membership Services teams to manage the grant submission process, including leading and developing grant proposals, writing and reporting. The Donor Grants Coordinator will be a key member of the Fund Development Team which will work to enhance Between Friends’ efforts to create meaningful donor engagement opportunities and improve accountability to each funder.

TEAM LEADER (Full-Time Seasonal)
CAMP BONAVENTURE DAY CAMP!

As a Team Leader for Camp Bonaventure you will be responsible for direction, supervision, and mentorship of up to 6 Group Leaders. You will directly support Group Leaders to implement safe, engaging, and inclusive programming for one age group. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all campers in your group including, medication administration, personal care, behavior support, and programming. This position directly reports to the Camp Supervisor – Sandy Beach Site or Camp Manager – North Satellite Site.

GROUP LEADER (Full-Time Seasonal)
CAMP BONAVENTURE DAY CAMP!

As a Group Leader for Camp Bonaventure you will be responsible, along with up to 5 other Group Leaders, for the direct supervision of up to 24 campers. You will be placed in a specific age group at a ratio of 1:4 (staff to camper). As a team you are responsible for planning and implementation of inclusive, engaging, and fun programming. Group Leaders are responsible for ensuring campers needs are met and have a fun and fulfilling camp experience. This position directly reports to the Team Leader for the respective age group.

GROUP LEADER (Full-Time Seasonal)
ADVENTURERS

As a Group Leader for Adventurers you will be responsible, along with up to 2 other Group Leaders, for the direct supervision of up to 10 participants. As a team you are responsible for planning and implementation of inclusive, engaging, and fun programming – including meal prep; accounting for any dietary restrictions. Group Leaders are responsible for ensuring participants’ needs are met and have a fun and fulfilling experience. This position directly reports to the Team Leader – Adventurers.
